• Account information: your name and email address when you create an account.
• Content you provide: resumes, behavioral stories, written and spoken interview answers, and any documents you upload for analysis.
• Usage data: your activity across drills, mock interviews, and coaching, so we can track your progress and improve the service.
• Technical data: basic device and log information needed to operate and secure the service.

• Service delivery: to generate drills, run mock and video interviews, analyze resumes, and provide AI coaching.
• Personalization: to tailor your preparation to your background, goals, and performance.
• Communications: to send you account, security, and service-related messages.
• Improvement and security: to maintain, protect, and improve LandIB.

We share limited data with trusted providers only to operate the service. They process it on our behalf, subject to their own terms and security practices:

• Supabase: authentication and database (stores your account and content).
• OpenAI: powers our AI features (drill generation, coaching, interview scoring); your prompts and the relevant content are sent to generate responses.
• Stripe: payment processing if you buy a paid plan; we do not store your full card details.
• Resend: delivery of transactional email (e.g., sign-in and account notices).

We never sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own advertising.

We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request deletion at any time (see “Your rights”).

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, email admin.landib@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Depending on where you live, for example the US, the EU/UK (GDPR), or China (PIPL), you may have additional rights, such as data portability or the right to object to certain processing.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work continuously to safeguard your information.

LandIB serves users in the US, EU, and China. Your information may be processed in countries other than your own, including the United States, where some of our providers operate.

LandIB is intended for university students and adults. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
